Samsung removed Android 8 (Oreo) for Galaxy S8 short time after it was released. Some users has problem with boot loop after upgrade.
But I'v catch it and now you can download this upgrade from my web here.
The files are re-packed and preppared for ODIN and you can upload them directly into your phone.
